Team Members of  XIX Commonwealth Games Delhi

Can anyone post the names of actual team members that have been selected from the various countries, or if not yet done, indicate a date when they will be officially named?
I would guess the serious medal possibilities could come from any of Australia, Canada, England (and other British members), India, New Zealand and South Africa.
England:
MCom - Liam Grimwood, Chris White, Duncan Busby
WCom - Nicky Hunt, Danielle Brown, Nichola Simpson
MRec - Simon Terry, Larry Godfrey, Alan Wills
WRec - Alison Williamson, Amy Oliver, Naomi Folkard
Canada:
MCom - Kevin Tataryn, Dietmar Trillus, Andy Fagan
WCom - Doris Jones, Ashley Wallace, Camille Bouffard-Demers
MRec - Crispin Duenas, Jay Lyon, Hugh MacDonald
WRec - Marie-Pier Beaudet, Alana MacDougall, Kateri Vrakking
New Zealand is sending only compounders:
MCom - Stephen Clifton, Shaun Teasdale, Tony Waddick
WCom - Stephanie Croskery, Mandy McGregor, Anne Mitchell
Australia is working on a training squad but have yet to cut theirs down to the actual team.
South Africa will be naming their team at the end of July.
I don't think Scotland has made a final choice yet.
India will be making its selection in late August.
