please be filled in and returned within the below stated deadlines:

Intention of Participation 30th November 2009

Preliminary Entry by number 31st December 2009

Final Entry by Name 7th February 2010

I am sure that this test event will make significant contributions for familiarizing the venue to the

athlete who will participate in Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010 and also greater understanding

and friendship.

Participation:

_ All participating countries may enter 3 Archers in each category and one team in each

category. Individual & Team members will be the same archers.

Round:

_ FITA 70M Round for Qualification Round and Olympic Round.

Rules:

_ FITA Rules of Outdoor Target Archery.

Boarding & Lodging:

_ Boarding and Lodging will be provided at 4 star Hotel at a cost of US$50 per head per day

which includes accommodation in twin sharing basis, Breakfast Lunch& Dinner. Single

accommodation can be arranged @ US$ 100 per head per day.

Transportation:

_ Transport service will be provided free of cost from Airport- Official Hotel -Venue-

Official Hotel - Airport.

Reception:

_ Teams would be welcomed at Indira Gandhi International Airport at Delhi by reception

desk.

Entry Visa:

_ Kindly apply for the Entry Visa at the respective country’s Indian Embassy/High

Commission with necessary documents along with Invitation letter at the earliest possible.

On the receipt of Visa Support form from the participating countries in prescribed format

(attached) in reasonable time, the Organizing Committee will provide assistant in

obtaining Entry VISA.
